Executive. Officer. Author. Builder.
Chris McDaniel, MBA, is a revenue and AI go-to-market leader, a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, and a stewardship author based in Bradenton, Florida.

Bio
Chris is Chief Revenue Officer and Partner at vTECH io, a Florida IT managed services provider and Dell Platinum Partner serving 2,000+ customers since 1997. He was promoted to CRO after consecutive record years as Vice President of Sales. He launched vTECH io’s AI solutions practice, which generated $5–6M in its first year, and led the team behind the City of Daytona Beach AI public-records platform featured in an Intel case study.
A TD SYNNEX Destination AI Certified Generative AI Partner, Chris has spoken at the TD SYNNEX / Dell Illuminate AI Summit, the TD SYNNEX Vendor Summit, and the TD SYNNEX Public Sector Federal Summit. vTECH io’s AI work is featured in two books by John Byron Hanby IV.
Chris’s speaking began well before the AI stage. He has preached at least 20 sermons in local churches, spoken at more than 50 fundraising events (always making the ask), and spoken at more than 75 weekend training events that prepared mission-team volunteers and sent them around the world from DELTA Ministries (now MissionWorks). He has led generosity workshops at multiple Christian Leadership Alliance conferences and at Missio Nexus, a 2025 board strategy retreat for Haiti Arise with Mission Increase, and support-raising training for Missions Door’s executives and field leaders. He has also spoken for Regis University’s Service Oriented Field Experience (SOFE) program, training its teams to serve overseas, led a workshop and a retreat for Thrivent Financial representatives and a board retreat for Saint Michael Indian School, and has officiated several weddings and funerals.
Before and alongside his business career, Chris served 31 years in the U.S. Air Force: on active duty from 1997 to 2001 and in the Air Force Reserve until his retirement as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2025. As an acquisition program manager, he led engineers, equipment specialists, materiel managers, and financial managers to field new capability within cost, schedule, and performance. Early on, as a lieutenant at Ogden Air Logistics Center, he went beyond his primary job to build a web-based Airman’s Manual training site that replaced printed manuals and in-person test proctors. It was named an Air Force Best Practice and, by 2002, served more than 40,000 users at 100 bases worldwide.
Chris is also the author of Ignite Your Generosity (InterVarsity Press, 2015), Steward Leaders Rise (2026), and Open Hands (2026), and spent 13 years as Chief Business Development Officer of DELTA Ministries International.

How Chris works
Integrity
Sell on real ROI and low risk. Say what is true, especially about what AI can and cannot do.
Service
Thirty-one years in uniform shaped a habit of putting the mission and the team first.
Execution
Plans are judged by results. Every engagement ends with owners, dates, and measures.
Stewardship & Humility
Resources, relationships, and influence are entrusted, not owned. Lead with open hands.

Tell me where you are and where you want to go. The first conversation is about fit, not a sales pitch.
